To book an appointment with LOAM, please call us or book online.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is provided (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

We accept payment by cash and credit/debit card, including P2P.
Full payment is due at the completion of service appointment.We reserve the right to charge interest at 2% monthly on any outstanding balances.

Our salon accepts gift cards as payment for services and products. Gift cards are non-
refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of
payment and can be used for any service or product offered at the salon, subject to
availability. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Terms and conditions apply.

Client information is used to improve the individual service, send appointment messages and
marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third
parties and client information and details shall never be removed or discussed outside of LOAM direct
service providers.

Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or
drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.

To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we ask that children are supervised and calm at all times
in the salon.
